OUR COMMITMENT

Gamalux Sdn Bhd (GSB) shall strive to incorporate sustainability into our core business operations through internal and external efforts. We do believe that Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability risks can be managed using all reasonable efforts to promote the sustainable use of natural resources, to reduce health and safety risks, and to reduce the environmental affects all GSB activities.


Therefore, as a responsible corporation, our Company always practiced the sustainability philosophy in our operations and management of our teams.

OUR PRIORITIES

Our business is committed to employee well-being and pollution prevention as defined by the following priorities:
  • Compliance with all Company policies and relevant legislation regarding Green House Gas (GHG) emissions, and quality of collected Palm Oil Based Products;

  • Committed to meeting or exceeding customer expectations and enhancing customer satisfaction through continual improvements of its products, services, and the quality management system;

  • Ongoing monitoring, assessment and control of security, safety, and health risks, as well as, the environmental impacts associated with our Palm Oil Based Products collection activities;

  • Related and sufficient trainings to ensure employees awareness of the security, safety and health risks, environmental impacts of their work activities and the requirements of this policy as well as sustainability of certification systems;

  • Management of health risks and resource consumption to the minimum levels practical;

  • Eliminating or minimizing of waste generation and emissions to the air, water, and land;

  • Implementation of new technologies and practices, when available and economically viable, which enable us to improve our environmental, health, safety, and quality; and

  • Regular communication to all employees of our targets and progress.
All GSB employees have a responsibility for individual and collective actions to improve our environment, health, safety, security, and sustainability performance. We are committed to continuous improvement in these areas by working together with government representatives, customers, consumers, and the communities in which we live and work.
